Joseph is an experienced urban planner with more than a decade of experience delivering complex statutory and strategic planning outcomes across Queensland. Having previously held supervising planner roles within City of Gold Coast and senior planner roles within Economic Development Queensland, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the legislative, policy and commercial drivers that form successful development outcomes.
Joseph brings significant experience within development assessment, strategic land use and infrastructure planning, priority development areas, planning policy and legislative reform. He has managed a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from complex mixed-use and high density major projects through to large scale greenfield communities, industrial precincts and regionally significant growth areas. Joseph combines a collaborative approach, technical capability and ability to build effective relationships with clients, government agencies and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
